Het logo van Delft Denim is geïnspireerd door een bekend kunstwerk in Delft; Het Blauwe Hart. Een technisch hoogstandje dat symbool staat voor verbondenheid en innovatie, met een knipoog naar de TU.

Zeg je Delft, dan zeg je Delfts Blauw. Hollandser kan niet, toch? Nou, eigenlijk werd het blauw beschilderde porselein eeuwen geleden door de Chinezen op de markt gebracht en maakten de Delftenaren een betaalbaar alternatief dat er erg op leek. Dat groeide uit tot het Delfts Blauw dat we vandaag de dag kennen en is niet meer weg te denken uit onze geschiedenis. En ook niet uit de Delft Denim broeken. Niet alleen dit Blauwe Hart, maar ook wij laten ons inspireren door de kenmerkende blauwe kleur die Delft in de 16 de eeuw op de kaart heeft gezet.

Behalve Delfts blauw, vind je in onze broeken ook een oranje detail. Deze kleur mag natuurlijk niet ontbreken in een Hollandse spijkerbroek. Het stukje oranje is onze groet aan iedereen die zich Nederlander voelt of ons land een warm hart toedraagt. Willem van Oranje zou trots zijn.
